As a career changer, myself, I understand what is like to feel unhappy and dissatisfied. Unlike most career coaches, I have a counseling background, which means you can explore deeper issues that might hold you back from pursuing your goals.  In my earlier work,  I worked with students at Northwestern University and helped  them with career choices, transitions, personal concerns to overcome obstacles and move forward.

Before transitioning to counseling, my first career was in Corporate America where I managed information systems. I still enjoy technology and innovative ways to bring counseling and knowledge to people. In my search for meaning and desire to make an impact in the lives of others, I changed careers to counseling and coaching, and now continue to work in a private group practice.

I love what I do, and look forward to partnering with you!

Originally from Bulgaria, I have traveled to different foreign countries and enjoy learning about foreign cultures and traditions. This allows me to understand the needs and concerns of bi-cultural individuals, expats, international students living in between two countries, and adjusting to a new culture.

I enjoy being with my clients on their journey to self-development, overcoming challenges, and finding the resources to grow and actualize their full potential.
